The Association of Development Financing Institutions in Asia and the Pacific (ADFIAP), the Association of National Development Finance Institutions in Member Countries of the Islamic Development Bank (ADFIMI) and the Association of Development Finance Institutions of Malaysia (ADFIM) are pleased to invite members and partners to join them at the International CEO Forum 2017 to be held at the Hotel Intercontinental in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on October 24-26, 2017.

This annual event has gained relevance and eminence for the development finance community and has proven to be an effective platform for practical learning as well as networking and relationship-building.

The theme of this year’s CEO Forum is “Sustaining Economic Growth with Social Consciences — Modalities of the New Era” which is apt and relevant to the times. Development finance institutions (DFIs), or interchangeably referred to as development banks, play a catalytic role in the socio-economic development of a country. As such, the Forum will discuss and deliberate on (a) how DFIs can help achieve the strategic development and social goals of the country and (b) how they have evolved over time to complement other financial institutions to continue to provide financial services that matter to both society and country.
